Builders Vision Impact report 2023 released

The Builders Vision Impact report has been released this week, marking a significant milestone in their journey, as it represents the first document they have released in this capacity.

Builders Vision supports changemakers and innovators who are working to build a better future. They achieve this mission, they offer a diverse array of philanthropic and impact investing tools tailored to nurture and amplify solutions in four pivotal domains: Food and Agriculture, Climate and Energy, Oceans, and Community

In their latest release, the Impact report takes a deep dive into three of these critical sectors, drawing insights from a wealth of data gathered from their partners.

As an example of a ‘Platform in Action’, the relationship between Matter and Builders Vision is explored in the report, starting with an opportunity the Builders Vision investment team saw in 2021. With this support, we at Matter were able to continue developing our product, whilst also strengthening our internal operations and exploring the marketplace. The impact of this support from Builders Vision was further underlined by the successful securing of Series A funding for Matter,  co-led by S2G Ventures.

This funding round represents a pivotal moment in Matter’s trajectory, and will enable the fa expansion of our cutting-edge microplastic filtration technology. Beyond this, it serves as a powerful catalyst, propelling us forward on our ambitious roadmap, dedicated to a host of innovative solutions tailored to and for the vast landscape of commercial and industrial applications.

While Matter endeavours to create innovative solutions to the one of world's most difficult environmental challenges, plastic pollution, Builders Vision continues to act as the rallying point for diverse teams with a shared commitment to making a lasting, positive impact.
